We offer free support/counselling services to anyone who has been affected by suicide, helping you to live with the experience of shock, loss and grief. You can refer yourself by calling the telephone numbers below, through our Siaradwn Ni co-ordinators, or through your GP.

Youthworks
You will have the time and space to explore and undersatnd your own emotions through a variety of activities including discussions, outdoor pursuits and residential courses. Benefiting from enhanced employment opportunities through an increase in confidence and self-esteem, you will gain a nationally recognised qualification at the end of the course.
